National Bank of Greece to buy back €150 million MREL notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., April 30 – National Bank of Greece SA will redeem its €150 million fixed-rate resettable unsubordinated MREL notes due May 25, 2025 (ISIN: XS2560090214) on the optional redemption date of May 25, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest.

The bonds were issued on Nov. 25, 2022 under the bank’s €5 billion global medium term note program.

The bank is based in Athens.
