Thaioil Treasury Center reduces 2050 notes to $480 million

Lexington, Ky., April 29 – Thai Oil PCL (Thaioil) special purpose entity Thaioil Treasury Center Co. Ltd. announced a partial repurchase of its $600 million 3¾% senior notes due June 18, 2050 (ISIN: US88322YAL56, US88323AAH59), according to a notice.

As of April 29, the company has bought back another $85,027,000 principal amount of the notes via open market purchases.

After cancellation, $480 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

The notes were originally issued in June 2020 and are guaranteed by Thai Oil.

The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Thai Oil is an oil refiner based in Bangkok.
