South Plains redeems all $12.37 million subordinated notes due 2028

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 15 – South Plains Financial, Inc. redeemed the entire $12,372,000 outstanding principal amount of its subordinated notes due Dec. 15, 2028 on Friday at par plus interest, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were issued in December 2018.

The parent company for City Bank is based in Lubbock, Tex.
