EDF to exercise first call for subordinated perpetuals on Jan. 22

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 14 – EDF SA (Baa1/BBB/BBB+) will exercise the Jan. 22, 2024 first call date for its remaining $595,641,000 reset perpetual subordinated notes (Cusips: 268317AM6, F2893TAM8), according to a press release on Thursday.

The $1.5 billion subordinated perpetual notes were issued Jan. 22, 2014.

Based in Paris, EDF is an integrated energy company active in generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, energy sales and energy services.
