Brazil’s Minerva updates buybacks of notes due 2028, 2031

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 12 – Minerva Luxembourg SA announced repurchases of its 5 7/8% senior notes due Jan. 19, 2028 (ISINs: US603374AE94, USL6401PAH66) and its 4 3/8% senior notes due March 18, 2031 (ISINs: US603374AF69, USL6401PAJ23), according to a notice.

Minerva reported four repurchases of the 2028 notes on the open market: $20,718,000 on Feb. 1, 2021; $41.18 million on May, 4, 2021; $89.4 million in March 2022; and $12.8 million in July 2022.

Additionally, the company said it made two open market repurchases of the 2031 notes: $42.2 million in March 2022 and $55.9 million in July 2022.

As of June 30, the aggregate outstanding amount of the 2028 notes and the 2031 notes was R$6,053.8 million.

The notes are guaranteed by Minerva SA.

Minerva SA is a Barretos, Brazil-based food processor.
