Mongolian Mortgage totals August, September buy backs of 8.85% notes

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 7 – Mongolian Mortgage Corp. HFC LLC repurchased a total of $10.62 million of the $250 million 8.85% senior notes due 2024 (Cusips: 60938EAB6, Y6142GAB9) issued on Feb. 8, 2021 and guaranteed by MIK Holding JSC, according to a notice.
The notes were bought back in on-market repurchases on Aug. 18, Aug. 25, Aug. 28, Sept. 6, Sept. 8, Sept. 11 and Sept. 14.
The average price was $955.06 per $1,000 in principal amount.
Settlement and cancellation were completed on Dec. 4.
Following cancellation, the total outstanding principal amount outstanding is $212,251,000.
The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
Based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the company issues mortgage-backed securities and is a subsidiary of Mongolian Mortgage Corp. Holdings JSC.
