Gaming Innovation plans full redemption of SEK 550 million bonds

Chicago, Dec. 6 – Gaming Innovation Group will use the proceeds of a new bond offering partially to repay the company’s existing SEK 550 million bonds (ISIN: NO0011017097), according to a notice.

A call notice for the full redemption will be sent shortly.

The company will be redeeming the bonds in full at an amount that will include a call premium.

The gaming technology group operates out of Malta.
