Spirit AeroSystems redeems all 7½% second-lien notes due 2025

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 1 – Spirit AeroSystems Inc. redeemed all outstanding $91,806,000 principal amount of its 7½% senior secured second-lien notes due 2025 (Cusips: 85205TAL4, U84591AD5) on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price was 100.78 plus accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA was the trustee.

The manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial airplanes is based in Wichita, Kan.
