G City Europe/Atrium Finance nofify on open-market note buybacks

Chicago, Nov. 28 – G City Europe Ltd. and related entity Atrium Finance plc provided notice of recent open-market buybacks for two series of notes, according to a release.

G City bought €155,232,000 of its €500 million 4¼% notes due Sept. 11, 2025 (ISIN: XS1829325239) and subsequently canceled the notes. After cancellation, there are €344,768,000 of the notes outstanding.

Atrium purchased €60,718,000 of the €300 million 2 5/8% notes due Sept. 5, 2027 (ISIN: XS2294495838) on the open market. Following cancellation of those notes, there are €239,2382,000 of the notes remaining.

G City is a St. Helier, Channel Islands company that owns, operates and develops shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe.
