Dubai Aerospace repurchases reduce notes due 2024 to $802.66 million

Chicago, Nov. 28 – Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. reported $20.5 million of buybacks for the issue of 1.55% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2356380373) in a notice.

The company originally issued $1 billion of the notes through issuer DAE Funding LLC.

After the most recent buybacks, there will be $802,657,000 of the notes outstanding.

On Nov. 14, $15.5 million of the notes were canceled and on Nov. 16 another $5 million of repurchased notes were canceled.

The aerospace company is wholly owned by the Investment Corp. of Dubai and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
