Indonesia’s Pertamina announces partial redemption of 2043 notes

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 20 – PT Pertamina (Persero) announced a partial redemption through a reduction of nominal value of its original $1.625 billion 5 5/8% senior notes due May 20, 2043 (ISIN: USY7138AAF76), according to a notice.

The company redeemed 82.51% of the notes at 91.3.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
