Singapore’s DBS calls $750 million 4.52% subordinated notes due 2028

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 16 – DBS Group Holdings Ltd. will redeem all of its outstanding $750 million 4.52% subordinated notes due Dec. 11, 2028 (ISIN: US24023NAA00, US24023MAA27) on Dec. 11, according to multiple notices.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest, if any.

The redeemed notes will be delisted and canceled.

They were originally issued under the group’s $30 billion global medium-term note program.

Bank of New York Mellon is the issuing and paying agent.

The investment holding company is based in Singapore.
