Indonesia’s Pertamina announces partial redemptions of 2049 notes

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 14 – PT Pertamina (Persero) said it has made several partial redemptions of its original $750 million 4.7% senior notes due July, 30, 2049 (ISIN: US69370RAE71), according to multiple notices.

The company reported six partial redemptions in 2023:

• 97.3333% of the notes were redeemed at 86.625 with payment rendered on Feb. 9, 2023;

• 94.6667% of the notes were redeemed at 84.5 with payment rendered on Feb. 15, 2023;

• 94% of the notes were redeemed at 82.625 with payment rendered on Feb. 21, 2023;

• 93.3333% of the notes were redeemed at 81.25 with payment rendered on Feb. 24, 2023;

• 92.9333% of the notes were redeemed at 84.625 with payment rendered on May 24; and

• 92.2667% of the notes were redeemed at 84 with payment rendered on May 26.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
