Axalta to use new offering to redeem 3¾% notes due 2025

Chicago, Nov. 8 – Axalta Coating Systems Dutch Holding BBV is expected to use the proceeds from a new offering of senior notes to redeem its existing €450 million outstanding 3¾% senior notes due 2025, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Axalta is a Glen Mills, Pa.-based coatings company focused on providing customers with innovative, colorful and sustainable solutions.
