Global Prime will buy all $211.09 million 5.95% tendered notes

Chicago, Nov. 6 – Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd. announced it will be accepting all $211,085,000 tendered notes from its any-and-all offer for its $300 million of 5.95% senior notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS2050614796) guaranteed by parent PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. and some of its subsidiaries, according to a notice.

Previously reported, the company was offering par and accrued interest.

The acceptance amount represents about 70.36% of the outstanding notes. After the tender offer, $88,915,000 of the notes will remain outstanding.

The offer started on Oct. 19 and expired at 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 3.

Settlement is expected for Nov. 8.
