Intralot to redeem €126 million 5¼% senior notes due 2024

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 3 – Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA will redeem €126 million of its €355,568,000 outstanding 5¼% senior notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1685702794) on Nov. 14, according to a company notice.

The redemption price will be par plus €8.604167 of accrued interest per €81,000 principal amount.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.

The issuer is a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of the Greek lottery company Intralot, SA.
