Travelex wraps buybacks of new money notes and stapled shares

Chicago, Oct. 30 – Travelex Issuerco 2 plc completed the process of buying back approximately £12 million of the £90 million of new money notes (ISINs: XS2248458049, XS2248456936) with accompanying stapled shares, according to an announcement.

The pro rata repurchase included the par repurchase of the Travelex International Ltd. stapled shares.

Funding came from the refinancing of the company’s senior facilities agreement for £90 million.

Travelex is a London-based foreign exchange company.
