Lennar to redeem early all $378.2 million 4.875% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, Oct. 26 – Lennar Corp. will redeem all of its outstanding 4.875% senior notes due Dec. 15, 2023, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 29 at par plus accrued interest.

As of Oct. 25, the outstanding principal amount of the notes was $378.2 million.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Lennar is a Miami-based homebuilder.
