Maire Tecnimont to redeem €165 million notes due 2024 on Nov. 28

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 26 – Maire Tecnimont SpA issued a redemption notice to holders of its €165 million 2 5/8% senior notes due April 30, 2024 (ISIN: XS1800025022), according to a press release on Thursday.

The 2018-issued notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued and unpaid interest on Nov. 28.

The engineering and construction company is based in Rome.
