Shuaa Capital will offer exchange for bonds due in October

Chicago, Oct. 10 – Shuaa Capital PSC said that it will be conducting an exchange offer for noteholders of its bond maturing in October, according to a press release.

The company is also planning to increase its share capital through a rights issue.

The rights issue will come after a capital reduction and the bond exchange offer.

Houlihan Lokey is advising the company regarding structuring, sizing and pricing of the recapitalization.

Baker Botts has been appointed as the legal adviser.

Shuaa Capital, based in Dubai, is an asset management and investment banking platform.
