Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama buys back $20.43 million of 2026 notes

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 6 – PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) detailed repurchases of its $400 million 7.75% senior notes due 2026 (Cusips: Y71300AB6, 7444NAB3), according to a notice.

As of Oct. 6, $20.43 million, or approximately 5.11%, of the notes were repurchased in open market transactions.

Final settlement is slated for Oct. 11.

Following the repurchases, the aggregate principal amount of the 2026 notes remaining outstanding will be $379.57 million.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and collateral agent.

Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama is a coal mining company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
