Grupo Aeromexico buys back $61.08 million of 8½% notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 3 – Grupo Aeromexico SAPI de CV as of Sept. 29 completed a partial repurchase and cancellation totaling $61,083,000 of its 8½% senior secured notes due 2027, according to a notice.

The amount is comprised of a total nominal amount of $35,165,000 of the Rule 144A notes (Cusip: 40054JAA7), a total nominal amount of $12,686,000 of the IAI notes (Cusip: 40054JAB5) and a total nominal amount of $13,232,000 of the Regulation S notes (Cusip: P4955JAA6), representing about 8% of the notes before cancellation.

The redemption leaves $701,417,000 of the 2027 notes outstanding, broken down as follows: $260,248,000 of the Rule 144A notes; $37,314,000 of the IAI notes and $403,855,000 of the Regulation S notes.

Grupo Aeromexico, a holding company for commercial aviation, is based in Mexico City.
