Colombia to redeem 4% global bonds due 2024 on Oct. 20

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 15 – The Republic of Colombia issued a notice of redemption for its 4% global bonds due 2024 (Cusip: 195325BQ7), according to a notice.

The entire $790,824,000 outstanding amount will be redeemed on Oct. 20 at the greater of par and the make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 20 basis points, plus accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon is the fiscal agent.

Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV is the Luxembourg paying agent and transfer agent.
