Singapore’s ASL Marine redeeming another S$500,000 of 4¾% notes

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 14 – ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. will again redeem S$500,000 of the outstanding series 6 4¾% notes due March 2025 (ISIN: SG6Z90991217) on a pro rata basis, with interest, on Sept. 28, according to an announcement.

Originally, the company issued S$100 million principal amount of notes.

The current amount outstanding per S$250,000 note is S$220,000, and there are 400 notes outstanding.

In the latest action, S$1,251 will be redeemed for each S$250,000 note.

After the partial redemption, S$218,750 per S$250,000 par note will remain outstanding.

The record date is Sept. 21. Trading and transfers will be suspended from this date until the redemption is effective.
