Stolt-Nielsen repurchases NOK 551 million of bonds due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 13 – Stolt-Nielsen Ltd. repurchased NOK 551 million of its SNI08 bonds that mature on Feb. 20, 2024 (ISIN: NO0010874894), according to a news release on Wednesday.
The company repurchased the bonds in connection with an issue of NOK 1.2 billion of five-year senior bonds with a coupon of three-month Nibor plus 315 basis points.
The repurchased bonds were issued Feb. 20, 2020 at par, and the issuance was for a total of NOK 1.3 billion.
London-based Stolt-Nielsen provides integrated transportation solutions for bulk liquid chemicals, edible oils, acids and other specialty liquids.
