Kistefos to redeem NOK 645.3 million bonds via new issue proceeds

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 31 – Kistefos AS will repurchase about NOK 645.3 million of its outstanding bond with ticker “KIST07 PRO” (ISIN: NO0010892136) using proceeds from a new senior floating-rate bond issue, according to a notice.

Kistefos is a private investment company based in Oslo.
