China’s ENN Clean Energy buys back more 3 3/8% notes due 2026

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 30 – ENN Clean Energy International Investment Ltd. tallied buybacks of its 3 3/8% guaranteed senior notes due 2026, according to a notice.

The open market repurchases made during the period from June 9 to Aug. 29 total $42,487,000, or 5.31% of the initial aggregate principal amount of the notes.

All the repurchased notes have been or will be canceled.

After cancellation, $675,118,000, or 84.39%, will remain outstanding.

The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd.

ENN is a Langfang, China-based company engaged in the clean energy industry.
