Georgia Capital issues make-whole call for remaining 6 1/8% notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 9 – JSC Georgia Capital will redeem the remaining $16,601,000 of its 6 1/8% notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS1778929478, US373143AA49) with the make-whole call premium, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The intention to exercise the redemption was included with the pricing of the tender offer for the outstanding $300 million of the series. Georgia Capital accepted $176,521,000 of tendered notes for purchase under the offer and, together with the $106,878,000 principal amount already owned by the issuer, will cancel $283,399,000 in total principal at settlement on Aug. 10.

The remaining outstanding notes will be redeemed on Sept. 4, with pricing announced the same day.

Georgia Capital is a Tbilisi, Georgia-based holding company focused on investment in developing businesses in Georgia.
