Great Elm Capital to redeem 6.5% notes due 2024 on Sept. 7

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 8 – Great Elm Capital Corp. will redeem all $42.8 million of its outstanding 6.5% notes due June 30, 2024 (Cusip: 390320505) on Sept. 7, according to an N23C2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed with proceeds of an offering of new unsecured 8.75% notes due 2028.

Great Elm is a Waltham, Mass.-based middle market investment company.
