Indonesia’s Listrindo buys back $35 million 4.95% notes due 2026

Buffalo, N.Y., July 31 – PT Cikarang Listrindo reported repurchasing $35 million of 4.95% senior notes due Sept. 14, 2026 (Cusips: N5276YAD8, 536576AD3) that were issued by subsidiary Listrindo Capital BV, according to a notice on Monday.

The buyback represented about 6.36% of the initial amount issued, which leaves $515 million outstanding, representing about 93.64% of the initial issue.

The Regulation S and Rule 144A global notes were repurchased in the open market and subsequently canceled.

Cikarang Listrindo is a Jakarta, Indonesia-based power company.
