Development Bank of Mongolia repurchases $48.8 million of 7¼% notes

Lexington, Ky., July 20 – Development Bank of Mongolia LLC has repurchased a total of $48,795,000 of its $500 million 7¼% senior notes due 2023 (Cusips: 2516AAA7, Y2056PAA40) in a series of on-market purchases in 2023, according to a notice.
The notes were repurchased at an average price of par of $100.
The repurchased notes were canceled July 7.
Following cancellation, the total outstanding principal amount of the notes is $351,421,000.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were originally issued in October 2018.
