Cirsa redeems all 6¼% notes due 2023, floaters due 2025

Columbus, Ohio, July 19 – Cirsa Finance International Sarl redeemed all of the €160 million outstanding 6¼% senior secured notes due 2023 (Cusips: 184955903, 184955890) and all of its outstanding €490 million floating-rate senior secured notes due 2025 (Cusips: 203324537, 203324502) on July 19, according to a notice.

The 2023 notes were redeemed at par plus accrued interest totaling €805,555.56.

The 2025 floaters were redeemed at par plus accrued interest totaling €2,840,815.83.

The company announced on July 7 that both redemptions were conditioned on the consummation of its new senior secured notes offering in an amount sufficient to pay the redemption, interest and related fees plus other specified conditions, which condition was satisfied.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. was the trustee.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch was the principal paying agent.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas was the U.S. paying agent.

Cirsa is a Madrid-based gaming company. The company was formerly known as LHMC Finco Sarl.
