Elanco Animal Health to redeem notes due 2023 three weeks early

Columbus, Ohio, July 10 – Elanco Animal Health Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding senior notes due on Aug. 28, 2023 three weeks early on Aug. 7, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

Elanco is a Greenfield, Ind.-based animal health company that develops products and knowledge services to prevent and treat disease in food animals and pets.
