Brazil’s Embraer receives tenders of $536.16 million 5.05% notes

Columbus, Ohio, July 3 – Embraer SA said it received and accepted tenders of $536,164,000 principal amount of notes under its June 23 offer to buy any and all of the $957,031,000 of outstanding 5.05% senior guaranteed notes due 2025 issued by Embraer Netherlands Finance BV (Cusip: 29082HAA0), according to a news release.
The company was offering $990 per $1,000 note. Unpaid interest will also be paid to the settlement date.
The offer expired at 5 p.m. ET on June 29, also the withdrawal deadline.
The guaranteed delivery expiration date was 5 p.m. ET on July 3.
Settlement is planned for July 5 after which $420,867,000 principal amount of the notes will remain outstanding.
The company will be using cash on hand to pay the purchase price.
