SoftBank will redeem ¥15.4 billion of 3½% hybrid bonds on Sept. 16

Lexington, Ky., July 3 – SoftBank Group Corp. issued a notice that it will redeem all of its outstanding hybrid notes from one series.

The ¥15.4 billion of 3½% second unsecured subordinated bonds due Sept. 16, 2043 will be fully redeemed at par of ¥100 on the first optional redemption date, Sept. 16.

The bonds were issued Sept. 16, 2016.

Softbank is a Tokyo-based holding company.
