Doman Building redeems early 6 3/8% senior notes due 2023

Los Angeles, June 30 – Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. announced it has completed the early redemption of all C$60 million of its outstanding 6 3/8% senior notes due Oct. 9, 2023.

The notes were redeemed at C$1,014.32 for each C$1,000 principal amount, which reflects a redemption price of par plus accrued interest.

Doman is a Vancouver, B.C.-based distributor of building materials.
