Baytex, Ranger Oil redeem all 9¼% senior notes due 2026 at 106.938

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 – Baytex Energy Corp. redeemed all outstanding 9¼% senior notes due 2026 at 106.938 on June 20 in connection with its merger with Ranger Oil Corp., according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Baytex is a Calgary, Alta.-based energy company.
