European Energy says no priority tenders received for green securities

Lexington, Ky., June 20 – European Energy A/S announced the final results of its tender offer for its outstanding €100 million callable subordinated green capital securities due 3023 (ISIN: DK0030521927), according to a Monday press release.

The company did not receive any priority tenders as defined by the tender information document by the expiration of the offer at 10 a.m. ET on June 19.

The offer was launched June 9.

The company also announced on Monday that it issued €15 million of new 10¾% green capital securities due 3023 to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing green capital securities.

Proceeds from the new issue will be used to finance or refinance eligible projects in accordance with the company’s green finance framework.

The Soborg, Denmark, company builds solar and wind farms and energy storage facilities.
