Barclays Bank to redeem in full three series of perpetual floaters

Los Angeles, June 8 – Barclays Bank plc issued a notice that it intends to redeem three series of notes in full.
Barclays Bank plans to redeem the following:
• $600 million undated floating-rate primary capital notes (ISIN: GB0000779529), with $121.23 million currently outstanding, on July 26;
• $1.2 billion undated floating-rate primary capital notes series 2 (ISIN: GB0000777705), with $254.13 million currently outstanding, on Aug. 31; and
• $600 million junior undated floating-rate notes (ISIN: GB0000784164), with $37.94 million currently outstanding, on Nov. 30.
