Fiera Capital to redeem 2024 debentures via new 2026 debentures

Los Angeles, June 8 – Fiera Capital Corp. plans to redeem its C$110 million 5.6% senior subordinated debentures due July 31, 2024 using proceeds from an offering of new debentures.

The company announced on Thursday that it will issue C$65 million of senior subordinated debentures due Dec. 31, 2026.

Fiera is a Montreal-based independent asset management firm.
