Brookfield Finance will early redeem 2024 notes from new offering

Chicago, June 8 – Brookfield Finance Inc. will redeem its notes due April 1, 2024 early from the proceeds of a $500 million offering of senior notes due 2023 sold by Brookfield Capital Finance LLC and guaranteed by Brookfield Corp. on Wednesday, according to a press release.

Brookfield is a Toronto-based alternative asset manager which deploys capital across asset management, insurance solutions and operating businesses.
