Sabine Pass to redeem some notes due 2024 via new Cheniere notes

Los Angeles, June 6 – Cheniere Energy Partners, LP subsidiary Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC intends to redeem a portion of its outstanding senior secured notes due 2024 using proceeds from an offering of new notes, according to a press release.

Cheniere intends to offer senior notes due 2033 and plans to contribute the proceeds to Sabine Pass for the partial redemption.

The producer of liquid natural gas is based in Houston.
