SoftBank will redeem $2 billion of 6% hybrid notes on July 19

Lexington, Ky., May 30 – SoftBank Group Corp. issued notice that it will redeem all its outstanding hybrid notes from one series, according to a notice.

The $2 billion of 6% undated subordinated resettable notes (ISIN: XS1642682410) will be fully redeemed at par on the first optional redemption date, July 19.

The notes, which are perpetual with no maturity date, were issued July 19, 2017 in an original issue size of $2.75 billion. They were non-callable for six years.

Softbank is a Tokyo-based holding company.
