Development Bank of Mongolia updates buybacks of 7¼% notes

Lexington, Ky., May 24 – Development Bank of Mongolia LLC has repurchased a total of $48.17 million of its $500 million 7¼% senior notes due 2023 (Cusips: 2516AAA7, Y2056PAA40) in a series of on-market purchases in 2023, according to a notice.
The notes were repurchased at an average price of $98 per $100 in principal amount of the notes.
The repurchased notes were canceled May 23.
Following cancellation, the total outstanding principal amount of the notes is $400,216,000.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were originally issued in October 2018.
