Barclays to redeem $2.75 billion of senior notes due 2024 on May 16

Lexington, Ky., April 27 – Barclays plc issued redemption notices for two tranches of senior notes due 2024 totaling $2.75 billion, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The $1.25 billion 4.338% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes due 2024 (Cusip: 06738EBB0) and the $1.5 billion floating-rate senior notes due 2024 (Cusip: 06738EBC8) will be redeemed on May 16.
The redemption price will be par plus accrued interest from and including Nov. 16, 2022 for the fixed-rate notes and Feb. 16 for the floating-rate notes.
Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the trustee.
The notes will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange after redemption.
