Grunenthal repays €75 million Schuldschein facility

Buffalo, N.Y., April 19 – Grunenthal GmbH refinanced €75 million of promissory notes, according to a press release on Wednesday.

The company’s €300 million issue of 6¾% seven-year secured notes partially funded the transaction, which repaid its Schuldschein facilities.

The global pharmaceutical company is based in Aachen, Germany.
