FS Energy and Power Fund to redeem 7½% secured notes on May 15

Lexington, Ky., April 17 – FS Energy and Power Fund will redeem its $500 million outstanding 7½% senior secured notes due Aug. 1, 2023 (Cusips: No. 30264DAA7, U34835AA3) on May 15, according to a notice.

U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The fund is sponsored by Philadelphia-based Franklin Square Capital Partners.
