Voya Financial calls 5.65% subordinated fixed-to-floaters due 2053

Lexington, Ky., April 14 – Voya Financial, Inc. will redeem the $393,102,000 outstanding 5.65% fixed-to-floating junior subordinated notes due 2053 early, an announcement on Friday stated.

The company will redeem the notes at par plus interest.

Funds for the redemption will come from cash on hand.

The redemption date is May 15.

Voya is a New York-based retirement, investment and insurance company.
