Centurion wraps early redemption of notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., April 12 – Singapore’s Centurion Corp. Ltd. completed the redemption of its S$6.25 million fixed-rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: SGXF64838828), according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at par plus interest to the April 12 redemption date and will be canceled, and no notes will remain outstanding.

As previously reported, the company had indicated that it intended to redeem the notes early in a December notice.

DBS Trustee Ltd. is the trustee.

Centurion, formerly known as SM Summit Holdings Ltd., is a workers accommodation provider based in Singapore.
