Singapore’s Mercatus to early redeem four series of notes

Lexington, Ky., April 12 – Mercatus Co-Operative Ltd. issued notices of early redemption for four series of notes, according to multiple notices.

The redemption pertains to the following series issued under the company’s S$1 billion multicurrency medium-term note program:

• S$200 million 2.8% series 001 notes due 2024 (ISIN: SG7EE8000009);

• S$150 million 3.1% series 002 notes due 2028 (ISIN: SG7LG2000005);

• S$100 million 3.28% series 003 notes due 2025 (ISIN: SGXF53081513); and

• S$100 million 3.08% series 004 notes due 2030 (ISIN: SGXF54540186).

The notes will be redeemed in full on April 20 at par plus accrued interest.

Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch is the trustee.
